Default Torque Needed

Just purchased my 1st cart; stock (exception of rear seat) 06' Ez-Go PDS. I'm using this cart to tool around the lake (cabin to boat dock). I'm pleased & surprised over all with the "low end" torque the 36v system produces. However, it slows to a crawl when pulling long grades (even beeped a couple of times). So, I'm looking for advise as I am looking to make the following modest modifications to help conquer these hills:

torque chip (blue)
4g cable system
4-6 lift (maybe, mostly for looks)

Don't really want to replace the controller or motor but don't want to be passed going up a hill by one of the many gas powered carts at my lake. lol any help/suggestions would be appreciated

If those are the reading you are getting after a full charge, I have major issues.... Fully chargered those batteries should be in the 7 volt range

99% of all 2005 batteries have already been replaced .... we are replacing 06 batteries now, for the most part.
