Default MPT1000 Controller Diagnosis

I have a EZGO MPT1000 that will not do anything. Battery Voltage is 51 volts. The controller is flashing a trouble code 3-3. How can I troubleshoot the system to be sure the controller is bad. I cannot find any information on this system. Thanks in advance.
