Diagram for differential for 91 EZ GO electric car
Differential went out & am going to replace with a used differential. Any tips, instructions or diagrams available? Thanks.

Lots of PB Blaster or similar rust-buster days before the actual wrench turning begins ...
Use 2 wrenches at a time to remove the cables from the motor = spinning a stud means loose an internal connection Leave the tires on. Floor jack under the diff, disconnect brake cables, disconnect the rear leaf spring mounts and then unbolt the leafs from the diff. Roll the unit out & reverse steps to install. Good Luck. |
