G19 48v charger problem help...
I just put in (6) new 8v batteries, new cables and all. After taking a test ride and finding no problems. I plugged my 48V Yamaha & DPI LPC Series Battery Charger in. It went thru it's normal test of flashing lights and went right to the "INCOMPLETE CHARGE"-red. The yellow charge light was also lit, and charger hummed as usual. I tried unhooking and rehooking several times, with no changes. I borrowed a friend's identical charger. It also went thru the normal cycle, but stopped on the "80% CHARGE", 20 mins. later and the green
light "CHARGE COMPLETE", came on. I then plugged my own charger back in and it again went to "INCOMPLETE CHARGE" mode. Is my charger charging at all? Is there some sort of a reset proceedure? Can someone post a site for a user manual? Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
