G22 problem
i bought a 2005 G22 two days ago, i am already having a problem. every 4 to 6 seconds while riding around it has a little jump or hesitation. it has brand new batteries the have a f1 on them. i did charge them so i can start the break in process that i have read about here. i am very upset at this point, thinking i may have a controller problem or possibly a motor issue. after riding for a few miles the motor was really hot im not sure if this is normal either.
any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance. |

Re: G22 problem
Sounds like a speed feedback problem. When I disconnected the speed pick-up, my cart would do the same. Could be disconnected, bad pick-up, or magnetic disk. The pick-up is mounted on the end of the motor (2 screws). The magnetic disk is under the pick-up held with one bolt. I have a G22E with a Moric controller and an Advanced DC motor (ADC Motor). Good luck!
