Welcome to bgw, you have a spun hub.

Maybe I should have broken that news easier?

Thumbs up Re: 2000 txt Won't move? Plw

The hub is held in place with the nut and splines on the axle. The splines are gone more than likely.

Jack the back up and have some one mash the gas pedal while you are looking at the rear nut on the axle. If the nut spins and the wheels doesn't then it's the hub is bad.
You will have to get the old hub off which can be a pain to do if it's that far gone. I have taken the rear pan off and wedged some wood inside the gears to keep it from totating. You have to get the nut off so you can slide the hub off. You may want to take the cable loose also from the backside of the brakes.

This is the axle with splines. The hub should have the same splines also.
