2006 Columbia Parcar Motor hysteresis

Well heck. The 48V is there, the LED is not.

Any suggestions for where to get a rebuild or replacement?
Any ideas on who in Michigan can program it for me once I get it installed?

I have the same issue except my led blinks 3x. 48v everything else works except the forward and reverse. I know the trouble code is mosfet short but how do I rule out the other things mosfet short. Theres like 3 different things on the troubleshooting page. Any ideas?
