Ok I brought home the charger from my work that is known to work and I plug it in and it also does nothing. As soon as I plugged it in the battery light started the 1 then 5 second sequence???

Ok, so we are pretty sure that the charger is not the problem.
Put me down for faulty OBC.
Hopefully a few others chime in as well...

Did some more messing around tonight and double checked all the connections. All of them seem good. While I had terminals loose I checked individual batteries for voltage and they are as follows. 9.69, 9.88, 9.88. 9.89, 9.91, 9.92. Thank you for your help and I agree I would like some more input also.

Wow, those readings are way high. They are 8v batts right (4 fill holes on each)? That could be why the charger wont come on, the voltage is around 60v total!

Spray WD40 in the plug and in the receptacle then work the plug in and out a couple of times. This may solve your problem.

I tried the WD40. No difference.

Those voltage readings must have been taken at the end of a charge cicle, so it looks like the charging is working.
Were there any modifications done to by-pass the OBC? Such as not having the battery negative going thru it, or the charger negative going directly to the battery negative?

The last time it took a charge was Saturday. I have driven it aprox 1 mile before taking the voltage readings I was just concerned with the light flashin and it not taking a charge or even tripping the charger after a the drive.
