So, my cart currently does not reverse and I was able to narrow it down to a controller issue. I ordered the Alltrax DCX 500. I have a 2006 CC Precedent with the Plum Quick
Does anyone see a problem here, or am I missing something? If a cart goes in one direction but not the other, the controller CAN'T be the problem, can it? It just about HAS to be the F/R switch (or contactor, as the case may be).

Wow, I am so dumb. So the green circuit board that comes with the controller attaches to the controller from the back and the IQ harness can then connect up front. Got everything hooked up and now reverse works again!

Are there any optimal settings for the controller? I fiddled around a bit last night but didn't land on anything spectacular. I am running a HD solenoid and a PQ bandit (purple). Seems a little faster in terms of acceleration and maybe a couple more MPH on the top end. I have 12-inch wheels with DWT street tires (very grippy).

In the Sepex system the controller handles the switching duty.

Glad you got it, I was just going to post this picture for you.

Make sure you used the screw on the upper corner of the controller to hold the circuit board in place and that you didn't just slide the board over the pins without using the screw.
