1991 club car motor testing
Can anyone tell me which terminal on the electric motor is what? The part number on the motor is 1012191 and the model# is 5BC48JB764. I would like to test to make sure it is working but every diagram I see has the terminals in more of a square and mine are all in a line on the motor. Hopefully the picture helps explain what I mean. I don't know much at all about carts so any help is much appreciated!
Thanks in advance! Willie |

Re: 1991 club car motor testing
Someone posted a while back with a motor like that. They found that the post were labeled. You have to clean them off real good around the post. I don't know what they are but they are marked.

Yeah they should be marked something like A1, A2, S1, S2, F1, F2...
Just clean real good around the terminals and you should see the labels... |
