Will the cart run if the rear buzzer not connected or not functioning?
On your txt yes. Newer carts no. They check to see if it is connected.

The answer is maybe. I would at least take it off and inspect it. Make sure to put anti seize on the output shaft when you put it back together.

Can I jack the back end up and run cable direct from the battery packs neg and pos to the motor to see if it runs?

Do I need to have a battery switch as shown in the diagram?

can I just touch the cables together manually?

if not can I use the Tow/switch i have as a on/off switch for the neg- cable as shown in diagram? If i can which post on switch would I use?

I jacked up the rear drivers side and turned the wheel.. at 1st it was a little stuck (maybe brakes) then i got it to spin and flet the motor as I spun it and it felt like something was moving inside... is that telling me something?

thank you once again for your time!

Don't use any cart parts in the circuit.

You don't "need" a switch, but I would run a cable from both motor terminals, so any arcing will not damage motor terminals.

Also, connect a bolt to each cable end, and touch bolts together, to prevent arcing damage to cable ends.
