What are we fooling around for? Every ezgo dealer out there knows, if a Powerwise QE has any flashing codes and the pack voltage is acceptable, it goes on the pile out back of other "QEs" with the same crap. Is it rebuildable? - yep, every few years, FOREVER! Get a DPI and dont bother with that junk charger. I think you will find that the "QE" has a short future with ezgo.
