Default Need help scale question

I need some help I'm trying to get my Florida tag and I'm not giving right now. The big skills will only way something that weighs 2500 pounds or more how do I weigh way to the golf cart? When I spoke to the tag agency they said I needed a receipt with the weight of the golf cart I've called around this seems impossible to get a weight that's small with just the cart weight.
I hope someone can chime in quick with some help stuck in Florida thanks

Weight the pick up then load the golf cart and re-weigh..... I dunno if that will give the paper work you need but, it will give you the weight..... maybe the scale operator can help with that.

Also, check the farm supply stores that sell bulk livestock feed, some of the have scales that weigh things in the half ton range.

I did exactly what scotty suggested......only with a cargo truck......but did it backwards ....... unloaded the cart......weighed the truck.....then dropped the ramp and loaded the cart......weighed the combo.....the scale attendant gave me a weight certificate just for the cart. PIECE OF CAKE.
