VH, the ezgo troubleshooting procedure is in the "stickies" section of the eZgo electric. Page, right above the forum threads. Great resource.

I bought a 2012 EZGO RXV a week ago. Cart ran great most of the time, but occasionally would just stop and wouldn't move. The symptoms where - batteries where all around 12.5VDC. The parking brake would only disengage occasionally when accelerator pedal pushed down. Occasionally you could hear the solenoid engage. Cart wouldn't charge (powerwise qe charger) and would give the 2 red flashes. Luckily, heard a faint sizzle noise come from rear area of cart.

Found they had stripped out the bolt in the +POS battery post on the rear battery ( the bolt was loose and I could pull it right out). The bolt was missing some metal (assume from the arcing). Re-tapped and installed new bolt in post.. Cart is charging again and runs like a champ.

Hope this helps some one. I know I was getting frustrated until I found it.
