EZGO 36v not running no rev buzzer

Just helping a friend think it might be his computer, but all voltage is working find check switch's on dash all good, took computer cover off and checked all incoming connectors and jacks looks like new, but will not get any voltage to the solenoid to move also the reverse buzzer doesn't sound at all. any help would be appreciated.
SE:2664022 was told it was a 2009?

Is cart a series, or sepex drive type? Has F&R switch on dash, has lever by knee? Has a tow/run switch at controller?

Small update guy in the community installed a controller, solenoid , and checked out the throttle control and didn't fix the issue. Was thinking about the switch in the charger connection/ open of other ideas, not sure if there is easier way to eliminate wiring from fwd rev or ignitions switch ?

Ok, if you are thinking Reed switch, search the site for Reed switch. It's a common thing, so common even Ezgo eventually eliminated it. If I recall correctly, if the small wire on the back of the charge port is red, it was already eliminated by Ezgo. Small wire is White, it's still there.

went over this morning to check switch and has voltage all the time with charger plugged in or out but has where I can disconnect the wire but still no run or do anything. Little lost now always possible that a wire maybe bad off the fwd-rev or ignition switch, may be time for him to send it in. Thanks for the help.
