Default 2006 ezgo txt pds no go-

I have a 2006 EZGO txt PDS 1506 MX controller will not go all the pins show voltage that are required on J-1,J3 & J4 the too small post on solenoid both Show 36 volts regardless unless it's in neutral. The drvoltage drop on the controller side of the solenoid is within specs. The key switch , directional switch , speed sensor, micro sensor and ITP all check as required. My instincts say its the motor however I do question the controller. If I have over looked something please advise. Many thanks in advance.

With Run/Tow in Run. F/F in either F or R and key ON, you will measure B+ on both of the solenoid's small terminals until pedal is pushed, which places B- on the blue wire (J1 Pin-6) and energizes solenoid.

Does solenoid click when pedal is pushed?

If not, does J4 Pin-1 have B+ on it when pedal is pushed?

I'm not sure if I'm doing this right or not but here is what I have as of right now. If I place my black probe on J-1 pin 6 and my red probe on B+ on the controller I get bank voltage,. Press accelerator I get no change. If I place my red probe on J-1 pin 1 and my black Probe on B- on the controller I get Bank voltage press the accelerator no change. Cart in run position ignition on in F I have no solenoid click at all

I'm sorry and J-4 pin 1 has bank until pedal is pressed. Then drops to 0

Unless otherwise stipulated, all voltages are referenced to B- (Battery pack's main negative terminal)

Attached is a drawing showing how the voltage goes through the various switches to get to the solenoid coil.

My solenoid never clicks. Voltage at small terminals remain the same regardless of peddle location. I suppose I will replace the solenoid and go from there.

The solenoid isn't activating because the controller is not putting B- on the blue wire, so replacing the solenoid isn't going to fix the problem.

The solenoid has B+ (36V) on the yellow wire, which is feeding through the coil and can be measured on the other small terminal until the controller puts B- on the blue wire, then that terminal goes to 0V and the solenoid clicks.

The solenoid is supposed to put B- on the blue when the pedal switch closes, so either the pedal switch is bad, or the controller is bad.

What is the voltage on J4 Pins 1 & 2 when pedal is up and when pedal is down?

(Pin-2 ought to have 36V on it with pedal up or down while Pin-1 should only have 36v on it when the pedal is down.)
