Default starting my 420 swap

1986 columbia par car. I have a 420 predator engine, drive clutch and TC clutch, forward reverse gearbox purchased. The drive and TC clutch has keys already made into them. The drive pulley has a 3/16 key. Engine
shaft has 1/4. Cant tell how to get key out. Might bring to work and see if I can bore it out and rebroach the keyway. TC key needs to be removed. Web Site didnt specify what keys were in pulleys.

Had to put project on hold for a while but have restarted it. Have an engine mount plate built and mount for the forward and reverse gearbox. Working on a driveshaft now. Pics to follow

Did your driven (TC clutch) fit on your reverse gear box or did you have to modify it? My reverse box shaft was too short, couldn't get the nut on it as same length as the pulley.

I'll try post pic later but I didnt use a nut to hold it to reverse gear box. The shaft was tapped and used a screw and washer.
