What is the vehicles serial number?
When you say you hear a solenoid activation, are you sure it's not the microswitch clicking in the V-Glide / MCOR (year dependent)? |

Re: Club Car DS won't move 48 volt HELP
Try running a jumper wire from the SMALL terminal on the solenoid with the SMALL yellow wire (be sure it's the small terminal, not the large one) to the B- tab on the controller. This bypasses the lockout feature of the OBC, if the cart runs with this jumper in place then the OBC needs replacing.
EDIT: But give us the serial # first please, so we can determine year and drive system to help you out more. |

Re: Club Car DS won't move 48 volt HELP
I will find the serial # first thing in the morning and post it right away. Thank y'all very much for the info so far. Question will I get any big spark show when I do the jumper wire? One more thing. The cart charges just fine as it sits right now just won't run.

Don't do the jumper until you post the serial number. The procedure is different for the different types of carts

Ten4 on that. I did see where y'all were talking about not doing it until we find out for sure what the cart is. Thanks for letting me know this.
