Default Uphill weak and mid throttle hesitant

Just picked up new batteries, took cart for spin noticed some cut out or hesitation mid throttle. Wot doesn't seem to be wide open. Also going up a small drainage ditch from a stop I can't make it, motor just won't go. Do everything in reverse so hesitate, and will climb whatever is in its way.

What year, what voltage, what model type, how new are the batteries and what kind are they?

Check the Speed Sensor and then the MCOR. Sounds like one of those....

Also check all the batteries and cables and be sure they are all working/connected correctly and not loose.

Also, get a DVM and hook it to the pack and verify voltage before you pull off and most importantly what it is when it won't go up the incline. This is a key reading.

How do I figure out if it's the mcor or speed sensor

When I first got new batteries my cart was slow also. I was told (and it was true) the it takes like 20 to 30 charges to reach the batteries full potential. you might be seeing this also.. My batteries once broke in work great! If you didn't have a problem before replacing them, just give them sometime before taking stuff a part.

Check those other items first and lets see if its that. As Bubba said, the batteries will tell the truth.

I just reread my post, and the last part didn't come out correctly.

If I stop at a small drainage ditch which is a small climb, it will not go up but maybe 1/4 of the way forward. If I back up and go in reverse, there is no issue at all, it will climb up and spin the tires. Does this help any?

I am going to take a voltmeter today to test but I doubt its my batteries which are brand new (picked up wednesday), I'm just not sure what the issue is if reverse has no bog down, but forward i cant make a small climb.

Oh before I forget, I tested the speed sensor, I can barely push it forward without it braking and beeping.

Just did a couple tests, voltmeter shows 51 at rest, 48.6 when trying to climb which won't make the hill, 47.6 in reverse uphill, 47 driving flat. I cleaned the mcor, no difference it seems

I wonder if it is with the MCOR..... You should have a 5k - 0 Ohm coming from it so hook to it and test it as the next step. Be sure to look at the linkages too.
