I do not believe your batteries are fully seasoned/broken in yet and you are not at their full potential. Do not judge it strictly over pull vs push yet. In the mean time, get you a DVM and set it to ohms and check the throttle coming out the MCOR with the pedal all the way up and then pressed on the floor.

Can you test the voltage at the motor when you hit the gas on the embankment? You either have a motor issue or a controller issue I think. I would also check the connections at the motor too. You could have an issue with the forward reverse switch itself but because it’s a precedent I’m less inclined to think that.

Late response but, controller doesn't show voltage until I get on flat road then jumps to 46v. Also solenoid is dropping about 1 volt when pressing pedal. Any more ideas?

Update, the controller was rebuilt and upgraded. No issues now!
