Just do the systematic troubleshooting approach that has been mentioned before and you will locate the source pretty quick:

Put your meter probes in each battery individually and see if the voltage changes when the pedal is pressed.

If all individual batteries maintain their voltage (one of them probably will not), place your meter in each side of the short cables that interconnect the batteries.

The voltage on each cable should be 0v and not go up when you press the pedal.

Thanks for all the help. New cables did the trick. There was a break inside one of the cable’s housings. Charging fine and running. Thanks again!

Very possible yes. You would notice the battery cables getting hot too from all the resistance trying to get through them because of broken or near broken cable
