Default Club car 48 volt frustration.

48 volt DS . 6- 8 volt batteries runs great till it quits. Wait 2 minutes and it runs again. Sometimes it will go for a week. Sometimes it will go for a couple of holes. Any ideas? Thanks

Does the reverse buzzer still work when the vehicle is in failed status? Does the solenoid click when it is in failed status?

The reverse buzzer sounds but in forward the solenoid doesn’t click.

Try bypassing the MCOR micro switch. The MCOR is mounted to the outside of the passenger side I-Beam on the main frame. Underneath the passenger side foot area. Un-plug the two pin connector and leave the three pin connector in place. Use a piece of wire or a paperclip to jump the two wires within the connector and try to operate the cart with the jumper in place. If it works, replace the mcor with a AM293101 MCOR4 conversion kit.
