Default Charging question

96 club car . I plug in the charger and hear the charger click. Then nothing else happens, the volt meter on the charger doesn’t do anything. Is the cart charging and the meter is possibly dead. Any help would be great.

You would hear it if was trying to charge because it would be a loud humming noise from the "buzz box".

It could be your OBC or it could be inside the charger. Time to troubleshoot....

Ok,,,, it was the fuse attached to the charging receiver, I just jumped it out for now and the charger is on and charging. Thanks again Nole for that link. Is it ok if I leave that jumped for now until I get a new one?

Just be careful as you have no fuse protection.

You can get one here: Dave Hicks (TahoeDawgZ71) - Revolution Golf Cars (He's a site sponsor)
Phone: 706-836-7210 Email: info@revolutiongolfcars.com He said just email him and he will cost quote and invoice you.

If it persist, we will need to look further into it.
