Default Precedent will not do anything

2009 Club Car Precedent. - not running when I got it.

Batteries were 2012 so I replaced them.

Getting nothing, no reverse backup beep, no solenoid kick on. Tried swapping the controller with another one I had here but still nothing. Also swapped the solenoid. Nothing.

EDIT... oh yeah, also changed the mcor

Thoughts?

If the OBC is not providing the +48v signal on the lockout circuit (blue wire) the cart will behave as you describe.

Disconnect the 6-pin connector from the OBC and using a large paper clip or stiff wire jump the White with the Blue wire on the cart harness side connector.

Put some electrical tape around to insulate the jumper and test drive the cart.

A bad OBC can cause solenoid lockout, but I don't know if that will affect reverse buzzer.
You can do OBC bypass, to test that.
Do you know solenoid is good? When you put 48v to small posts, does it click?
Was other controller known to be good?
Are you getting 48v to/from keyswitch?
Has cart been flooded?
Here's link to manual for troubleshooting:

The OBC has failed. You have two options at this point. You can either replace it or buy another charger that does not rely on the obc to charge the cart. Popular options are the Lester Summit II or the DPI Accusense.

Is the cart in your avatar the cart you are referencing with the problem? And the paper clip trick isn’t actually surprising. Very common occurrence and Scotty and Tahoe have helped this same scenario many times. Glad you know now what to do now.

Nah, the cart in my photo is my personal cart. This is just another one that came my way.
