I checked this morning and the charging cycle was complete. The voltage is 50.5. Looking at the data log it looks like the charger is still set to algorithm 31. Any idea what I need to do next?

That is strange. I would next completely unplug it to reset it and then do the profile set again. There may have just been a glitch.

It shouldn’t be that difficult to update. I’m thinking your download may have corrupted or the thumb drive you’re using isn’t completely empty when you put load the algorithm file on it.

Try formatting the thumb drive to completely erase everything from it. Load Only the new algorithm file to the drive. Then follow the directions for updating again.

Also make sure you unplug the charging cable to the cart while you upgrade. Or the ERIC will just update the flash drive instead of downloading to the ERIC.

Just an update. I'm trying to program the charger and it's not hooked to anything but the AC power. The cart isn't even in sight. I've tried 4 different USB flash drives. I've tried down loading the algorithm with different browsers.

Here is the only thing that to me is out of the ordinary. When I insert the flash drive with the algorithm to be uploaded it appears to be uploading. The triangle is flashing green. When the triangle becomes solid green indicating that the up load is finished, I remove the flash drive and the triangle flashes a fast yellow.

I've tried to do all I can think of. Any ideas? It's almost like it needs to be put in the reprogram mode vs it doing it automatic.

How long after plugging in the thumb drive does it take for the green light to stop flashing and go on solid?

What program are you using to extract the zip file? Can you try a different extractor to see if maybe that program is corrupting the file?

Just want to make sure you read this first, and all the steps competed as stated. If so, cycle the charger A'/C again.

When I plug in the flash drive it starts within 30 seconds and flashes for less than two minutes then goes solid.

I'm using the default windows 10 program. As per the instructions from delta-q I right click on the file and click extract. Any recommendations on a different program?

That should work, just make sure the extracted folder named CHARGER is on the root of your USB stick.
