Will do. I’ll test it in the morning and post findings. Thanks for sticking with me in this!

Also forgot to mention that I also did the continuity check on the motor. Everything checked out fine.

Tow/Run in tow mode, key off: 49.9
Tow/Run in run mode, key on: .4

Tow/Run in Run mode, key on, press pedal: 50.1, then quickly goes back to 0.

After this sequence, the solenoid won’t click at all. I have to turn key off, flip to tow, flip back to run, key on, then the solenoid will click.

Also...something that looks weird to me. Does this look right? I get continuity when I test.

That is your Pre-Charge resistor. It allows a small amount of energy to flow over to the other lug and to the controller.

50.1 after the pedal is depressed shows it is pulling low and supplying the Neg to the coil to complete the 48v circuit. For you to lose it means something is being lost in the controller, either a positive permissive or a failure in the controller FET and can no longer maintain the Neg signal.

So this is a controller issue? Meaning it needs a new controller?

Or you are losing one of those positive permissives we checked earlier on the various pins. They are all needed to be met for the controller to supply the Neg thru the Blue w/White stripe wire. I would probe each of those pins as you did earlier, but one at a time, and retest with each pin to see if one of those are falling out and causing the issue. If they are not, you know the controller is bad.

Ok. I’ll test again when I get a chance. May be next weekend as my days are full!
