You're not the first to have this happen! Seems Alltrax has sent out many wire diagrams that have two cables reversed.

I can't remember which ones at the moment. I'll edit this post if I find it before someone else tells you which cables to swap.

There are two different ways to orient the F1/F2 and A1/A2 terminations to make the cart go the correct direction as indicated by the Fwd/Rev switch:
Controller B+ to Motor A1 and Controller M- (J9) to Motor A2. Then Controller F1 (J7) to Motor F1 and Controller F2 (J8 to Motor F2.
Controller B+ to Motor A2 and Controller M- (J9) to Motor A1. Then Controller F1 (J7) to Motor F2 and Controller F2 (J8 to Motor F1.

Thanks for the help. I also noticed that the reverse switch doesn't buzz when engaged either. And, the cart doesn't give me the multiple beeps when the charging cable is in. Not sure what this means either.

Am I going to hurt anything by swapping these on the motor to see if it makes a difference?

You only need to move two motor cables to correct the issue, but since you are working on the motor make sure to use two wrenchs to prevent the nut closets to the motor from rotating.

I'm sorry, what do you mean? Sounds like I need to move all four? Also, I had no idea I needed to use two wrenches. Does the bottom nut have a set point?

I meant to say keep the motor post from rotating as there are wires connected to them inside the motor that can get disconnected.

Thanks. And according to the above post it sounds like I need to move all four. Is this correct? What did you mean when you said I needed to only move two?

Your existing configuration matches one of those two sets in the Armature or Field, so you only have to change the other set.

Just swap the field wires on the motor.
