Shocks
Working on my first cart. It is a 2006 precedent. I have a shock question. Are the shocks on their cart supposed to work like on a car or are they just a dampener. I can compress the front shock and they stay compressed.. They look like they could be original.

Re: Shocks
All standard shocks are absorbers, they are made to absorb movement. They do not spring back. If they resist movement and don't leak they are likely just fine.
Shocks are made in different amounts of resistance depending on how much weight you are trying to control the bounce. |
