Probably have to make it yourself. There's wiring diagrams for just about every variation of cart out there. I suggest looking at vintagegolfcartparts.com they have plenty of early wiring diagrams. then, it's a matter of time, plenty of butt connectors and blade/spade terminals and ring connectors, some solenoids and resistors, maybe a micro-switch or two, a few hours of frustration and tossing tools across the shop in anger and eventually you end up with a running cart.
