if you read your battery pack voltage and it is under 44V or something for a 48V pack it may be to low for the charger to charge. are they new? whats their voltage? |

Club car questions
They are new. Before a quick spin around the neighborhood I was at 50 volts. About to check again
49.8 /.9 is the total for the pack Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Club car questions
ok then the two narrow chargerports at the cart should have the same reading. do they? the charger should have a different status light then. check the wires and maybe the obc or bypass it may help.

Re: Club car questions
Bypassing it worked. Watched a YouTube video on it. And now the charger shows DC amps (it wasn’t before) and has the solid charging light on. And seems to be doing it’s job now. You have been a dang life saver today !

Re: Club car questions
That’s the charger I have. Will be doing some looking around to see if it needs it or if I can leave the bypass. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Club car questions
Was doing some reading last night and it looks like my charger is the 17 so it will stop on it’s own according to some other posts on here. I’d really like to figure out what this thing is. I can’t find any markings on it. I did see the numbers on the solenoid when I was looking at it. Can’t find numbers on the front of the OBC and on the motor (stickers are in bad shape) any idea on how to figure out what this thing is as far as year?? It’s the exact same setup as the DIY golf cart guy on YouTube that has the video on bypassing the OBC .. so I’m pretty sure it’s at least in the 2010 range.
