I use a product called Sil-Glyde, but even the brake lube packets they sell at the counter of Autozone, Advance Auto etc will do.

We're just talking about putting this on my sticky spring right. I put something similar on the pads? when I did the whole brake job. I'm too close to start butchering that poor cart again. This went from solenoid, I thought new controller, I thought motor sick and it's f"******** brakes?? Second time with these **** brakes fooling me. I'm gonna get squeaky brakes so I can hear if they're squeezing and them causing melee.
As always, thanks for your time and knowledge. Is there an easy way to attach microswitches to shifter back. The originals were put on with lock nuts and I can't see or access with taking off shifter. I tried pro method of zip ties already, no luck

Ok, got wheels, rotors, and everything back together. Brakes are nice now. I can roll cart back and forth laying under it. Unfortunately, cart jumps but trickles out at 4mph now. If the mcor4 do this? Nobody asks about it but I've got several non working solenoids in the ones I've bought(I hope)
Thanks as always sorry about previous f word reference above but Im really getiting angry at this point. I can't afford a mechanic for $85 an hour so I've been out of luck. Thank you
FYI mine was a cart that lost all motor power if full throttle was barely let off. Then upon coasting to a complete stop, cart would take off good again until releasing pedal. Thanks

Was this a stock cart with the potentiometer underneath?

Has it run correctly since you installed the MCOR 4?

Also, what pins are you talking about in post #1?

Pins I mean voltimeter, has not run well at all since conversion, and I had a continuously variable. I did get it to run though not full throttle and now it's 4 mph but I can **** near jump the front tires off a slight roll back then it stops accelerating. Thank you for helping. This is worse than when I started but wheels are turning smoother by brakes than ever. Thanks. I'm stuck

If the microswitches can move 1/16 will cart restrict speed inadvertantly.

Keep fruity microswitch bolts and nuts where you find them and if you don't don't also be dumb enough to switch positioning of 3 said switches, makes cart run funny
