2000 ez go 48 v

Cart was parked next to a garage wall for the winter. the right rear tire was flat and too close to wall to change.

Charged the batts fully, put it in reverse to back it out and reposition the cart so I could change the tire. Back up alarm sounded and when I put in in reverse it attempted to move backward, but the very flat tire prevented the cart from moving, it jerked a few time trying to go backward....but could not....then it quit trying to move backward.

Switch to forward nothing. When in Reverse the warning horn sounds.
