![]() Gaston I am looking for parts breakdown for the electric axle with part numbers, I see the gas version but want to make sure the part numbers are correct before ordering. I don't have to replace any of the gears at this point and am just looking for bearings, seals, and c clips. Also who would be the best company these parts from?

![]() Call or visit web site of one of the sponsors, either CartsZone or EastCoastCustom carry the catalog I work with, you'll need:
Bearings 1-6203, 1-6005, 2-6303, 2-6007, I cant remember catalog part # but you can find them at their catalogs with those ones. You need also the bearings cover or freeze plug catalog part# 6156, 2 of them. About the C-clip or bearing retainer I see only the input shaft one (top gear) available on the catalog, are those gone from your differential? Usually you can re-use existing ones. I see also an O-ring rubber seal kit available on the catalog, take a look at this: https://www.eastcoastcarts.com/catal...27&pNoFilter=1 https://www.cartszone.com/catalog/ca...rchresults.htm you can even find bearings locally sourced, you will need to look for those You only you can decide which is the best company, best way to go. I dont want to favor any of the sponsors as all of them carry parts you need, may be you will be looking for the closest one to you |

![]() Thanks Gaston,I am looking for the 2 bearings, o-ring, and C-clip on the input shaft. It appears the snap ring broke and I figure since I am replacing it I might as well replace the bearings since the cart is 14 years old. Also what does the spline bumper do for the axle?

![]() spline bumper helps to keep armature tight and easy remove the motor when needed, there's a little space inside the 19 spline and coupler, Most motors brings this piece of rubber but you can even make your own with just a little piece of rubber, just be sure it is not too thick, I would call them and ask if they can sell you only one, is really cheap and they are sold in 10 packages, that's why you should call.
The input shaft bearings are the first 2 ones I mentioned, 6203 and 6005, change all the bearings if you are working on an opened rear end, they are really affordable and you wont regret to do so. |
