No. This is 12v cable
You need welding lead. The difference is strand count. The 4g welding lead will have about 250 strands and the 12v jumper cables will have about 30.

See 2ga 1250 strand welding cable sold by foot.would that be ok What size wire is needed from controller to stock g19e GE motor.? 2ga also??

i would re-check that 2awg and make sure its not 2/0 awg(i've done it). 2awg welding cable should be around 620 strand count

Use 4g with controllers up to 400 amps and use 2g for controllers up to 700 amps. We use 2g for everything now a days. It's just easier to deal with one size and battery cable overkill is an asset that's understated (JB)
