Spent the last 2 years stripping the cart completely. Cleaned, blasted and painted all frame pieces. Barbequed the muffler and deleted the butterfly valve in the header pipe. Cleaned up the wiring and installed all new cables. Just got the cart running again last week and am dialing that in. Found a used front cowl so that is now installed. Still looking for ideas for a back seat after removing utility box. I will try and keep this post updated as the work continues.
