2009 Yamaha g29 intermittent run issue

Cart will run fine then will nothing. I can rock the cart then it will run again. This is an electric cart. Can not solve the issue

I have the same issue. I have 2010 Yamaha. I turn the ignition on put in reverse or fwd and I can go about 20ft and then nothing. I turn the ignition off, and then back on and I can go about 20ft. I can hear the solenoid clicking, so I think that is ok. Any ideas?

So does it need a new motor? Or wiring issue. Rocking the cart doesn’t make it run. Guy said it did but it doesn’t

Please re-read original post? Who is "I"? Does solenoid click when pushed? Does reverse buzzer work? The conflict of the first post, vs the second post has pretty much put us at square one.

Yes I do have cart but I took someone wise word in it. My apologies. The solenoid clicks and cart beeps when pushed. The reverse buzzard does work. Key turn on I get two clicks when I push the cart one more click. Doesn’t do anything else until I turn key off. When I flip toe switch solenoid clicks. Also.

Sorry once again about jumping the gun on my post.

Ok, at this point, I would pull & inspect motor.

I have never taken a motor off before or know what to look for.
I did finally have a long time to mess with cart.

Solenoid is clicking. You push the pedal And get one click of solenoid but it doesn’t run. But
I did figure out what the guy was talking about. 100% of the time if I push cart backwards and as I’m pushing backwards I push pedal it will take off. Every time but when sitting still it doesn’t.
