Ok guys, I just paid Scotty off to keep quite..... Hay Scotty, was that Alltrax a 500 watt?... and does the #2 mean the cables weighs 2 pounds? I think I'm catching on.

500 Amps. yes it is an Alltrax AXE 4855 500 amp long body Series ITS model.... The cables I will be making for this project are made of high strand count 2 gauge welding wire. 2 gauge is the size relative to the diameter which combined with the strand count equates to the amperage carrying capacity of the cables.
So when your PQ wound for torque 36v motor sees 500a of 48v it spins the tires and launches your cart up out of the ditch with authority....

That's what I'm talking about.... I think I'll trade my wench for disc brakes.

Well, I'm having my custom 1-1/2" bumpers built now at Outback with my custom cage. When I get it back (in a couple weeks) I was going to match up a wench..
