I have it & you don't want it to be bad..... they list for like $200, rarely go bad unless exposed to a lot of water.... It just needs to be tested to take it out of the performance question. The next question is the controller programmed to 100% output? Is the plug braking turned off and the turbo turned on?

i can not answer that ? i told them to set it up for some speed and torque what would the factory normally set them at ?

Your Alltrax controller has many options in the program. These settings will effect performance... That's a lot of explaining.... Plug braking is a kin to regenerative braking in PDS carts. Have you tested the ITS yet?

ITS is fine....im guessing i need to check how they setup controller ....it did not come with any cable to hook up to computer ..will order one

Go to Alltrax website and download the software to program the controller and then read the manual carefully. It will explain what all the features are and what they do much better than I can. Hope this helped.

Checked controller settings and talked to ALLTrax ..controller is fine...come to find out the #20502 motor from D&D has some issues ..it is believed that they are not what the label says ,they are sending me another from a different batch..this is my last attempt for them to make it right ...will let you know the final results

change in plans...the Chief engineer at BU does not believe the motor is the issue...the engineer at ALLTRAX thinks it is the motor...and i feel as if im gonna be the one who looses !!!!
