Post F&R switch problem?

New to forum. Have an 06 EZ GO PDS 36V. Just replaced batteries (fully charged) and installed LED power meter and it reads fine. Problem now is that cart will not go forward or reverse when pedal depressed. Rear buzzer works, LED meter displays when key turned on like its supposed to, but no power to wheels when accelerator depressed. Checked wiring on switch to ensure tight, no broken wires during upgrade. Can someone please confirm wiring colors and order on F&R switch (3 connections)...was sure I reinstalled same as when removed, but obviously something is not right. Checked wiring diagrams and colors don't seem to match. I have a orange, gray, green from top to bottom. Thanks in advance.

Is your run/tow switch in run?
Does the solenoid click when you try to go?

run/tow switch in run position and no noise from solenoid. Also, not sure if this is an indicator, but the reverse buzzer is more faint than before.

What meter did you install and where did you connect it?

LED power meter. Connected exactly like the wiring diagram that came with it (1 wire to on position of key switch and 1 wire each to pos and neg terminal of battery at termination point where 36V connections are.)

Was the controller switched to TOW before the work was performed?
Were there ANY sparks while the work was performed?
Are ALL the small control circuit wires accounted for?
What is the pack voltage as measured at the cart charge receptacle?

switch was in TOW and in fact there were no batteries in the cart at all during installation as I was replacing them at the time. No sparks at all during or after installation of switch and new batteries. All wires accounted for. Voltage reading at receptacle is 38.2 V

is there a way to check the F&R switch with a multimeter/volt meter to see if it is bad?
