'85 gas Marathon - weight and towing
Does anyone know how much my 1985 gas Marathon weighs? I've looked all around but can only find info for electric carts which I believe are quite a bit heavier, right?
Also, any recommendations for me if I rent (or buy) a trailer to haul it around? Good rental companies? Good make/models to buy? Does the trailer need to have electric brakes is it OK to get one with no brakes? I'll be hauling it behind a 37' RV (should be fun...). Thanks, Shugs |

Re: '85 gas Marathon - weight and towing
Don't hold me to this but I believe they are around the 750-850# range, All you need is a small trailer, single axle, with no Brakes. Harbor frieght has a couple that would would depending on the width of your cart. Something that will haul a garden tractor would do fine at least 1000# capacity. I would go with something with larger tires as they last longer
