Default Gas running out of carb

I have 2 carts that have been sitting for about a month, went to start them both and fuel is pouring out of the left side of the fuel pumps. Ay suggestions on how to fix?

pull apart the pumps and clean them gently and replace the gaskets. Your thread says carbs your post says fuel pumps. If it's the carbs then the floats are probably stuck. Smack the bottom of the bowl with the wood handle on a hammer. If that doesn't fix it then you will have to pull the carb and take the bowl off to adjust and clean the float needle.

Sorry for the mistake in the title. these are late 1980's club cars. Counter clockwise rotation. fuel pump has three ports, top sucking from tank, bottom to the crankcase and left port gas runs out when triing to start. Seems when i remove the bottom hose from the pump its pushing rather than pulling. I am lost at this point.

That 3rd port is supposed to go to the carb. Can you attach a pic to show us what's going on?
