No problem. Go with the settings for the BV-18 carb.

Re: 1975 ezgo pg1 carb
Thanks again in for manual. I set the float to about .389. It started up and went about 50 feet and died. It started up and revved up until clutch kicked in and died, several times. It acts like it is not getting fuel or to much fuel. I am trying to get this thing going for my dad to go to swap meets so he can ride around. Has a hard time walking but likes to go. Thanks again for any help

Did you clean the carb, and blow out the jets while you had it apart?
Is the fuel pump working? |

Re: 1975 ezgo pg1 carb
Can you post a pic of the carb?
I think that motor has a Tillotson HL-287 or HL-279 carb. Do you see an HL number on it anywhere? |

Re: 1975 ezgo pg1 carb
I put car on jack stands and fired up engine, ran good as it revved up.air screw 1 1/2 turn main jet was 114 could not find a 92.5, solder jet and drilled out to 105, smallest bit I had. It bogged a bit before it started to rev up on high rpm. Took off jack stands and tried it. It started to rev up and clutch kicked in tires swelled and died. It did this repeatedly. Is this carburation or what. I am at wits end on this. So close yet so far away
