Well it slid off fine but would not come all the way off the shaft because it hit through round tubing of the swing arm/engine cradle. Maybe it slid off fine with the team transaxle. Maybe it's a little different now with the shaiffer/dana transaxle that I have.
I went with Dons advice and suck with 23's. He said with 25's it would start losing to much low in pulling power. |

Yes you are correct, totally forgot about the new dana style rear end in the 15 and 16 models.

Yes one mod leads to another then another. Before you know it the wife will be hiding the credit card from you when it's usually the other way around.

It's bad enough that the primary clutch is a chore to remove but now it's a chore to remove both on the 15 and up models. Well shucks

Yes once you have it all back together just a shot of grease in each clutch once a year should be the only thing you should ever need to do to the clutches for a very long time. Not sure how many miles per year you plan on putting on it but if your like me maybe 5-10 miles per week.

5-10 is probably a good estimate of the average miles I will put on it a week.
This is my neighborhood cruiser, deer lease ride, beach cruiser, lake house cruiser, and I will use it at the farm. Best all around vehicles to suit all those needs. It will get used a lot. |

Well made a little progress on the cart. I shipped my secondary off to Don yesturday. I also installed the rear lift and started tearing down the front end last night.
I got my new tires and wheels mounted today. |
