Thumbs up Re: Headlight bulb replace 88 Western Cart

After a lot of research, I was able to find replacement LED bulbs at LEDlight.com

They are a P15D-25-3 LED headlight 12 Volt 30 SMD
Color: White 6000K

They fit perfect and light up bright white. Not sure how they will work on the road yet, will try this evening.

I have a 2007 Western and researched this same subject a while back and ended up purchasing some LED replacement bulbs. All of those he options are listed as fog or driving lights. While they were brighter white than the original lights, they didn’t throw the beam any further out. I ended up sticking with the original halogen bulbs.

You are correct...A lot brighter, but didn't throw the light any further down the road. Better than the original bulbs though. May have to try halogen too.

I have an '02 western 400; just crossed this post looking for replacement lights...

You can physically aim the headlights higher in my model with the hood open (just twist them) and get the beam further out. Mine is quite old, and came to me last year, but I noticed it came with one light higher than the other to cover both near and far light spread. If you adjust them, be careful not to go too high, or you'll be blinding people like with high-beams in the car...
