‘13 CarryAll 6 Wiring to Battery Issue
Feels like the answer to this is simple, but the manual just didn’t quite go into enough detail…
2013’ ClubCar CarryAll 6 - had a wire going from the little electrical box to the battery break, short out, and burn up a fuse. The wire was small gauge (not the cranking cable), and went from the positive terminal on the solenoid to the battery. Problem is, it burnt up enough that I can’t tell how it was supposed to have looked. The wiring diagram doesn’t seem to specify.. I’m not entirely sure what caused it, but it looks like the wire just got weak and broke at the battery and then shorted out on the frame, causing it to burn up.. So, I guess my question is: what wires (other than the large + / - cranking cables, should go to your battery? Any wires from the electrical box that need to go to the battery? |

If you know where the ends of the wire go, just replace it with, say like a 16awg wire. Just route the new wire along the path of the burnt up one. Richard |
