according to diagram the cable are correct to the motor, cables at motor have never been removed, only cable ever removed were the ones at the switch and i am sure i wired them back correctly when i installed the new switch.

You can only put in an image link if you are able to host the picture somewhere. If you can't do that the easiest way is to use the "paper clip" for an attachment when you are writing your post. That allows you to attach a picture without having to host it first.

Problem solved, 6 new batteries! batterues didn't test that bad but appaarently were, runs fine now, backwaards and forwards!
