Crash test dummy....I don't think that is the right diagram...my cart is a 1984 and using a alltrax 54U controller

correct me if i'm wrong but the B+ (power) is pretty much at the motor all the time and the alltrax controller regulates the ground to the motor?

Well this guy evidently did a lot of fingering and who knows what all he has on this thing. I bought it and test drove it but found out later that as soon as you hit the gas pedal it put all voltage going to motor and you can't regulate speed and batteries don't last long at all...shall I say half assed
