2007 Club Car Precedent Will not Go

My 2007 Club Car Precedent will not run. I've checked the battery voltage and connections.

I reset the computer as per instructions. I had this problem on labor day, but reset and the cart worked. I keep cart at the coast and haven't used it much since last summer. It did work fine last weekend.

Now the reverse buzzer does not come on, but it did prior to the reset.

I need help trying to diagnose. Is there a main fuse on these carts? If so where?

I suspect it may be the computer, but don't want to spend that much money to test it out.
