Thanks for the replies I agree with you but for some reason club car dosnt agree with us they say the charger is ok but i charged a cart with one yesterday
the batteries are brand new and were fully charged ok the charger charged them up to 68.4 volts then went down to 63.0 volts and after 4.0 hrs it cut off
final voltage 52.9 volts .note water was boiling out I dont that is correct does anyone know where i can get the correct scan disk so i can reprogram them.

Not saying that your CC dealer is wrong but you should verify it for yourself to be sure...

Download the IDAT software from Delta Q's website https://delta-q.com/software-accessories/ to your computer...

Then take a formatted thumb drive and put it in the chargers usb port under the rubber cover...Info from the charger including the algorithm number will download automatically to the thumb drive..

Make sure that the charger is plugged into ac power only and not the cart..

The green light will flash while it is downloading and after a couple of minutes will turn solid confirming the download...

Put the drive in your computer. Open the IDAT software and import the info from the thumb drive to it..

Here's the link to the download: https://delta-q.com/wp-content/uploa...-0-1-small.zip

Then all you need is a thumb drive. Make sure it's formatted (nothing else on it). You can do a quick format in Windows on your PC. Then pop the thumb drive into the charger with the charger plugged in to the wall but not the cart. Wait until the green light stays solid, then remove the thumb drive and pop it in to your PC. Then use the software to view the data.
