Nobody I know has put a 48v into a 36v system and come away happy. There was one poster who said he did, but IDK???
Basically that would be under volting the motor. Just the opposite of what we have all been doing to increase performance. If you want to test this theory out for your self just go change your truck battery for a 6v battery and see how well it turns the starter motor over ...... slow right? ... because the motor is designed for more voltage. |
